6:30-7:30 am Rise & Shine (sleep in version)
9:30-10:45 am Qigong + Breathwork
6-7:15 Yoga Nidra (one Friday/month)

9-10 am Intermediate Vinyasa Flow

Note: If you have not used the Ubindi platform to register for classes at Kindred Flow Yoga + Wellness before, you will need to jump through a few hoops first.

How to Register as a Student

  • Select the Register button below

  • Select "Newbie? Sign up"

  • Enter appropriate info, including an email you will check

  • Select NO when it asks if you are a teacher. (It's really asking if you will offer your own classes on Ubindi. If the answer is yes, let's talk.)

  • Enter appropriate info and Sign Up

  • Check email for 4-digit code

  • Enter

How to Register for a Class

Once you are on Ubindi, scroll the class options on the left side of the screen. You can select the title for a brief description of the class. When you find one that piques your interest, select "Register." On the following pop-up page, you can pay for that particular class by selecting the green "Confirm & Pay" button at the very top of the page. Other payment options include our Class Passes or Monthly (or Annual) Subscriptions — scroll to select the package right for you.

In choosing to use a bare-bones scheduling platform like this, we can keep our class prices reasonable and pay the bills and our amazing teachers. Thank you for understanding!
