The space is very nice, classes are personal, and parking is easy (there's a public lot next to the cleaner around the corner). So glad to have a great studio close to home!"

  • "I cannot recommend the Yoga 101 series more highly to those interested in beginning yoga! I had tried several yoga sessions prior to Yoga 101 and always felt like a fish out of water. Jill's Yoga 101 classes helped me feel comfortable with my form for basic poses and gave me a great starting point to delve deeper. She also made yoga feel accessible to me, as a beginner. Since attending the workshop, I feel so much more at home in other studio classes. Highly recommend this class!"

As a plus-size woman, finding a yoga studio that does not evaluate attendees based on ability or a "one size fits all" approach was incredibly important to me. I wanted to feel the freedom to come fully as I am with no expectation of change, but yet still getting to focus on holistic well-being in the body that I exist within.
